PUBLIC NOTICE

The Fillmore Unified School District ("FUSD") is prepared to meet
and confer in good faith to negotiate the Collective Bargaining
Agreement between FUSD and the Fillmore Unified Teachers
Association (“FUTA").
THIS SERVES AS PUBLIC NOTICE OF FUSD and FUTA's
INTENT TO BARGAIN the attached articles for both parties during
this year's negotiations.
This Notice is posted in advance of the September 15, 2026 FUSD
Board Meeting, to allow for public comment at the Board Meeting,
before FUSD and FUTA meet and negotiate.

Subject for Negotiation
The Fillmore Unified School District ("FUSD") and the Fillmore
Unified Teachers Association ("FUTA") mutually agree to meet and
confer in good faith to negotiate the Collective Bargaining Agreement
between FUSD and FUT A.
THIS SERVES AS PUBLIC NOTICE OF FUSD and FUTA's
INTENT TO BARGAIN Article 6, Hours and Employment during
this year's negotiations.
This Notice is posted in advance of the September 1, 2026 FUSD
Board Meeting, to allow for public comment at the Board Meeting,
before FUSD and FUTA meet and negotiate.
